How do I book an amenity?+
Simply browse available spaces on the platform, select a time that works for you, and reserve your spot in seconds.
When you arrive, check in seamlessly with your digital membership pass—no friction, no guesswork.
Can I bring guests?+
Guest policies vary by property and amenity. Some spaces allow a plus-one, while others are reserved for members only to maintain a high-quality experience.
You'll always see guest rules clearly before booking.
What if I need to cancel?+
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule within the designated window prior to your reservation. There is generally no penalty for canceling unless the space is a private booking. Also, if there is availability, you can easily extend your booking if you need more time in the space!
Each amenity clearly displays its cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Are there events I can attend or can I host an event?+
Yes—events are a big part of the Club Nodella experience.
Members can attend curated community events hosted within partner properties, creating opportunities to connect, learn, and engage in unique spaces.
You can also host your own events. Members have the option to book spaces for private gatherings for a fee, or apply to host community events. Community events are reviewed and approved by the property to ensure quality and alignment. Once approved, they can be ticketed—allowing you to earn revenue or receive platform perks for your participation.
